During these months, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights for all pitch categories. You don't want or can't stay for 7 nights? Every Thursday we release the remaining pitches for the following week: • Sites on the Oker (waterfront pitches): minimum 4 nights • Remaining pitches: minimum 3 nights

On public holidays and during holiday periods, the following minimum stays apply: • Sites on the Oker (waterfront pitches): minimum 4 nights • Remaining pitches: minimum 3 nights

Outside of high season and public holidays, the minimum stays are shorter: • Sites on the Oker (waterfront pitches): minimum 3 nights • Remaining pitches: minimum 2 nights Tip: During this time, you have more flexibility and a larger selection of pitches.

This is possible. Please note: • Minimum stay: 2 nights – no exceptions, not even for one night. • Call on the day of arrival: You should call on the day of arrival to check current availability. This is not a booking and does not guarantee a pitch. • Please understand that we are not a rest stop for travelers passing through. We want to offer our guests the best possible peace and relaxation. • Important: Arrival without a booking is only possible during our opening hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM). Check-in outside of opening hours is not possible. Overnight stays in the entrance area are not permitted. Our clear recommendation: Book in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Because we are located near the Hexenstieg hiking trail, we are happy to make an exception for tired hikers and cyclists: One night is possible for you (even on short notice). Here’s how it works: • With a booking: You pay an additional €10 reservation fee, but you can arrive until 9:00 PM. • With a phone call: You announce your arrival in advance, but this is not yet a booking. Please understand: Arrival is only possible during our opening hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM). Important: This exception applies only to genuine hikers and cyclists – not to car campers or travelers passing through by car or motorcycle. We look forward to your visit!

Deposit upon booking: €50 per parcel. This is composed of: • €10 reservation fee (non-refundable) • €40 deposit toward the site price (forfeited in case of cancellation) What happens in case of cancellation or non-arrival? • Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: The €50 deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. No further costs will be incurred. • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: We charge 50% of the total price (at least €50). Your already paid deposit of €50 will be credited toward this amount. Any remaining payment will then become due. *Example: For a total price of €200, 50% = €100 would be due. Minus your €50 deposit, you would pay an additional €50.* • Non-arrival: (without notice of cancellation, late arrival, shortening of stay, or early departure) – the full contractual fee is due in its entirety.
