This is possible. Please note:Minimum stay: A minimum of 2 nights applies – no exceptions. We ask for your understanding that we are not a rest stop for travelers in transit. We want to offer our guests the best possible peace and relaxation.Availability: You should call before arrival to check current availability. However, a phone call does not replace a reservation and does not guarantee a spot.Important: Arrival without a booking is only possible during our opening hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).Check-in is not possible outside of opening hours. Staying overnight in the entrance area is not permitted.Our clear recommendation: Book in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Hikers & Cyclists (Hexenstieg Trail)

Because we are located near the Hexenstieg hiking trail, we are happy to make an exception for tired hikers and cyclists:One night is possible for you (even on short notice).Here’s how it works:• With a booking: You pay an additional €10 reservation fee, but you can arrive until 9:00 PM.• With a phone call: You announce your arrival in advance, but this is not yet a booking. Please understand: Arrival is only possible during our opening hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).Important: This exception applies only to genuine hikers and cyclists – not to car campers or travelers passing through by car or motorcycle.We look forward to your visit!

Question 6

Booking fees, deposit & cancellation

Deposit upon booking: €50 per parcel.This is composed of:• €10 reservation fee• €40 deposit toward the site priceWhat happens in case of cancellation or non-arrival?• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: The €50 deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. No further costs will be incurred.• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: We charge 50% of the total price (with a minimum cancellation fee of €50). If a final payment is due, the €50 fee will be credited towards it.*Example: For a total price of €200, 50% = €100 would be due. Minus your €50 deposit, you would pay an additional €50.*• Non-arrival / shortening of stay: the full contractual fee is due in its entirety.Reservations are possible until: 2 days before arrival.The complete terms and conditions apply in detail.
